Jalahej Family

This Syrian family of 5 arrived in San Diego County in August of 2016. The mother and 3 boys fled Syria in 2013 after the Syrian government tried to take their oldest son into their army. The mother and sons, who are now 22, 20 and 13 survived in Jordan until the father was able to reunite with the family in Jordan one month before leaving for Californiia. They are grateful to be together again and begin a new life.  The family is in need of clothing and basic household items. Both of the older boys wear the same sizes and all 3 men wear size 9 shoes.  The family needs help in obtaining a car as they are far from the boys' schools and transporation is problem. Your generosity is deeply appreciated!
